Return and Exchange Policy

At PrettyShine Cosmetics, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Personal care products, cosmetics, or any items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  2. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@prettyshine.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  3. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.

    • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

    • We may request photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.

  6. Non-returnable Items:

    • Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Gift cards, open personal care items, and cosmetics are also non-returnable.
