Return and Exchange Policy
At PrettyShine Cosmetics, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Personal care products, cosmetics, or any items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@prettyshine.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
We may request photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.
Non-returnable Items:
Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards, open personal care items, and cosmetics are also non-returnable.
